Hey, my friends. I don't watch/read the news hardly. Why? Because I feel there is more negativity portrayed in the world than I care to think read watch. I want positive news. That's what I do. What do you do when it comes to the news?

I think it is best if you can stay away from the news. It's hard to do even when you want to, but overall your thoughts will be less preoccupied with negative information.

I'm on Twitter and I do follow only positive news accounts. So, I'm staying away from the news. Negative news that is.
