Trying to understand

Postby Nery » Fri Jun 13, 2014 6:44 pm

I am a new member and searching for comfort words I came across this site. I am trying to find an answer to something that happened 6 months ago. I was in a relationship that was growing slowly. As grown adults that we both are, I told him that i would trust him in all extension of the word and I only needed from him to tell me if he was not content with me or if he would find someone else just to let me know. I was by no means to keep him by my side if his feelings were changing. I dont know at what time I feel in love with him. On december 23,2013. He texted me, """I am going to make a decision to see what persons will be next to me, for now the most important thing is that I have my son with me""" . Jan 1st was his birthday and I took him flowers which I left on the fence early in the morning and late at night he send me a text ""thank you for the flowers""" 6 months now, and I still have not received an answer. I have written to him so many letters. I have cried so much trying to understand. I have prayed to God to help me hear from him. I do not know what else to do. I have asked have to give me patience, faith and comfort because we did so much together. This relationship was so real and solid that There were no signs of ending it and surprisingly, he is in silence. Will not talk to me and I really need to close this cycle. I cant handle his silence. *help*

He's given you his answer. Apparently the child's mother had some issue that caused the break up. Maybe he is back with her. And he feels that living life for his son is the most important thing. That is noble.

It is time to move on. If he is back with the child's mother, then he cannot answer you. And he won't. She may have been manipulating him with his son.

It is time to move on. He made his choice. And it isn't yours to make.

I am sorry that you are hurt. But you cannot change the decision of this man. There is free will. God gave us free will. And this man made his choice based upon his son.
Hugs,
Dema

Thank you Dema for your time I really appreciate it.
He has been divorced for a year now and lives with his mother.. yesterday he replied to me after he received my small and simple flower for father's day. It was the most painful message. "Do not send me anymore things. I am moving on with my life . I cant tell you in person, but I wish u happiness and God Bless U """ He is just not able to tell me in person that cried so much, but found comfort with some close friends. I needed to hear some words to close this cylce and I think those were it. I went to church this morning and let my pain in God's hands. Feel hurt, but God will do what is best for me.

May God grant you strength in moving on.

Do you need to talk about past hurt? If you do, please PM me.

Sometimes in church they say to give it to God and move on. But emotional hurt is as important as physical hurt. And usually talk therapy is the best there is. I'm not a counselor - counselors are great. But friends are great too.

What God puts together no man can break....so if it was torn apart, it wasn't sent by God. The devil sends many men or women in our lives to distract you from the man or women God chosen for you....Take this time to heal, focus on you, and wait on God for the Man he has chosen for you....God knows whats best for us and who is best for us....God Bless and I will keep you in my prayers. ..
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. - Joshua 1:9 kjv

Becky said: "What God puts together no man can break....so if it was torn apart, it wasn't sent by God."

I believe the verse partially quoted above is taken out of context. I encourage anyone to study this verse through the spirit. The statement, "it wasn't sent by God" is incorrect if the only proof is that it has ended in the eyes of HUMANS.
