Day 3

Postby Debbie » Tue May 20, 2014 2:28 pm

Managed some PT and slow walk on Treadmill while working on Day 3. Also did the Renewing Mind study. Will use SparkPeople to track progress. Feeling exhausted today (but woke up at 4:30 a.m.). Did have a nice short nap while listening to Praise/Worship on ipod. I will rest today, as tomorrow will be busy. Thank you Lord for this day to relax.

Hello Debbie :)

God bless you this day.

Good job in reading and embracing the Truth in each of the stepping stone thus far. *Clap* As you become stronger in God's Word, your soul is getting stronger, too.

I have found in my own journey with The Lord, that He started the healing process in my mind and heart first, and then woooohoooooo came some healing of my body, also, and those physical ailments that still remain, don't have near the effect they used to have on me.

This journey you are on, is one of getting to know The Lord, intimately. The Lord loves you so very much, Debbie.

John 17:3 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Prayers continue to The Lord in the name of Jesus on your behalf. God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you, Debbie.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack
