My first Baby step for the next fourteen days - Day 2

Postby Maverick » Tue Dec 18, 2007 12:23 pm

2nd Day.........

I close my eyes and imagine my garden as I push the gate and step inside.........

And to my horror, it is filled with weeds everywhere and it certainly look like a waste land.........when did I last tend to this piece of land?

Certainly looks like it is gonna take a while before I can restore it to what once meant to be...........Gotta start somewhere, well, how about removing the weeds from the gate for starters......

I got down to my knees and begin my cleaning up project.......

Hello Maverick,

God bless you.

Wow, as I read your post, I felt like I was beginning to watch a sweet movie, "The Secret Garden" -- one I've enjoyed over the years.

What a wonderful visual you shared. Thank you. :)

God bless you,
Sister Mack

Hi Maverick,

It's been a while since I did the Christian Counseling... reading your post brought it all back. I think it's time I took another walk out to my own garden ... and revisit the 14 steps.

Lookin forward to watching your garden take shape :)

God bless,
