I have had a problem for several years, but I refrain from doing it now that I am born again. That being said, I still dream about it. If I know what im doing is wrong in my dream, but I still do it in my dream, is it sin?

No, it's not possible to 'sin' in dreams because you have no control over them. You don't choose what you dream about.
