Spirit of Truth Day 3
I have the Serenity prayer that hangs on my wall and it reads, God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference. I am thankful that over the past several months I have had a new wisdom concerning knowing the difference. A release of sorts about not wanting to change the past, and a new acceptance that I am right where I am suppose to be as long as I am keeping the Lord first in my life. I thank God and the Holy Spirit for that wisdom and serenity.
I really felt drawn to this scripture in the study today Psalms 143:10 Teach me to do thy will for thou art my God, thy spirit is good lead me into the land of uprightness.

I've just recently found the same release you're talking about. For a long time I've been somewhat obsessed with a desire to go back and change my past, to do things differently, to do something to influence things towards MY will. It's only been recently that I have noticed an absence of those desires. I believe the Holy Spirit has shown me something similar to what you've described... that I am where God needs me to be right now and that it is His will, not mine, I should focus on.
The journey continues, and I'm feeling so blessed by it.
