breaking out of shyness

I am posting this just trying to find ways to break out of shyness. I am comfortable around men cause i was raised around them but would like to meet some lady friends just to chat with and do things to get out of house. All replies will be appreciated.

Good for you. I know I can have trouble with shyness particularly if I think someone may judge me. Practice makes perfect with shyness and know it is ok if you still struggle with it because everyone has some sort of problems.
