Here is a quick and easy spinach dip. It was a BIG hit at my sons wedding.

1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 packet onion soup mix
pepper to taste.

mix together all ingredients thoroughly. refrigerate until time you are ready to serve.
serve with chips or crackers.
you can double this recipe easily
refrigerate leftovers (if there are any )

Oh my goodness!!!! I Love Love Love spinach dip!!!! Wonder if you could melt cheese over top and what kind would be good with spinach. Swiss? Moz?
