Step #1
Toward the end of my cccc program, I was lead here and read first few steps but today I am starting again to deeply understand what this study has to offer and ultimately to have a close relationship with the Holy Spirit.
I was led here on Oasis site in the first place about a month ago because I felt very helpless in my situation...and one that triggered the depression was my parents. Now that I have found hope through the counseling, I am asking the Holy Spirit to give me wisdom and guidance, as to what steps I need to take in coming to terms with the situations with my parents. This is harder to deal with because there is no way that I can change the actions and minds of someone else. I pray God will lead me as well as my parents in the direction of God's Will.
I am much more aware of The Holy Spirit in my life. I have verbally asked Him to come into my life to have a relationship with me. I speak to Him and I open my heart to Him. I feel excited (with goosebumps sometimes)when speaking with Him and in my moments of sheer desperation, I seek Him and He offers me His peace.
I will start my private journal as well so keep track of how He works in my life.
God bless you, sisters and brothers in Christ! I know we all are broken and seek God for comfort...and May God heal us continually until we meet Him in heaven! Sending my love to all of you and praise and glory be to our GOD!! HALLELUJAH!!

Hello Lyl1114 (((hugs)))
God bless you this day.
YEAH!!! I'm excited for you too. Wooooohooooooo!
I cannot adequately express the impact my relationship with The Holy Spirit has made in and on my life. He truly is my best Friend, and He desires that intimate relationship with each child that has accepted Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Hallelujah!!!
Hold on to your hat, wig and socks, it's a wild ride Thank You Holy Spirit \o/ \o/ \o/
God bless and keep you, Lyl1114.
Love,
Mack
