I just wanted to wish ALL my sisters a happy Valentines day, if you have a special someone I hope he spoils you beyond your wish on this day as well as all the days to follow.
And for those who are single, seperated, divorced, or widowed I pray the Lord wraps His loving arms around you this day and all that follow.
I got to thinking, we sometimes go to extremes to show our love to our earthly partner if we have one and some only do it because they feel they are obligated (which is sad) others do it because they want so badly on this day especially to show that their heart belongs to the other, we give our hearts to each other, flowers, candy and many other gifts such as jewelery even clothing, I was just as guilty of this when married, I always felt it was never good enough no matter if I had flowers, candy and even candle light dinners, I just wanted her to see how much she ment to me.
How many of us stop to thank the Lord for giving us His love, or to show Him the love we hold for Him.
Tuesday february 14 symbolizes love, I ask that all married, single, widowed, divorced all alike stop and show God love, not that this day should be any different but just as a symbol of your love to Him take a few minutes on the 14 to remind Him how much you love Him.

And just so this is not misunderstood, I wish ALL my brothers a happy vaentines day as well
(I just know most guys are like....yeah yeah just give me chocolate, steaks.....or sports tickets *dunno*

) BUT my request above also goes out to the brothers as well, please take some time and remind Him how much you love Him too.

Thank you both very much, I plan to practice what I preach, I am going to stop at the church tuesday after work and spend a little quiet time thanking Him for loving such a broken soul and never turning away, I only pray one day I will be as He created me to be BUT I am thankful and do know He loves me just as I am *Clap*
