Journal day #5

Postby Leilove » Wed Feb 01, 2012 11:56 pm

I helped my sister move today. It was stressful. Everything had to be done a certain way. It was a long day.
I recieved a voicemail about another job today too. I will call the woman back tomorrow. God is working to fix my circumstances for me.
As I did the step today I saw there are a lot of weeds in my garden. More than I thought and I will need to spend time doing some of the studies. I just didn't have time today with helping my sister move.
Some of the weeds I will be getting rid of from the list are: anger, anxiety, broken heart, complacency, confusion, doubt, fear, financial, loneliness, patience, trials, what is ahead, why God,spiritual warfare.
I'm looking forward to doing the studies and getting rid of these weeds.
Lord, Thank You for Your grace today. For letting my daughter point out to me when I started gettingcranky. Thank You for the favor You are giving to me regarding a job. Thank You for all the blessings You have given me today.
I'm still working on going with the flow of things and having a positive attitude.
Till tomorrow!!!

You have been in my prayers . . . you and I are on a journey that is so healing. I enjoy reading your postings, and will continue to pray. I have weeds too . . . some with deep roots. Jesus is so good . . . a true friend. Am thankful to have met you -- another sister in Christ to share our ups and downs. God is good -- all the time!
