9:45 fiber bar
12:45 6' wheat steak subway, apples and water
3:45 fiber bar
6:45 chicken strips (4)
8:00 ice cream Yes I cheated with one scoop :D

11:30 5 sizzling shrimp and 5 bites of sizzling chicken, unsweet tea
8:00 1 cup. popcorn and water

Okay so it has been since May 8 since I have last posted. That is because I could not get in Oasis. So I will pick up my post today. Maybe this will help me get back on the schedule I am suppose to be on and eat like I am suppose to eat.
