The Stranger Beside You

Jesus has walked alongside you for all of your life
Calling your name softly in the day and the night
He’s been by your side but a stranger indeed
Waiting for you to hear, waiting for you to see

And now He kneels before you, though He has made the worlds
He beckons to you once more , please listen to His words
Turn from your wicked life and follow Him today
Eternal life awaits and He'll show you the way
