This forum is for those souls 18 years and older who are dealing with some type of addictive behavior whether it be from alcohol, drugs, overeating, fear, worry, sex, etc. Only with help and guidance from God can we ever hope to overcome these addictions. What is impossible for us to do IS POSSIBLE with God. Friends and family of those stricken with addictions are welcome to share as this problem affects more than just the soul entangled in its web.

ok...template for my days:
6:30 coffee
900 coffee
1100 coffee
100 coffee
300 coffee
500 snack while makin dinner
600 coffee
800 coffee

in between there will be multiple pieces of sugar free gum. the other stuff is random and i will post those in following days' entries.

1000 a.m. cranberry juice YUK...but i got shaky - hate that
1100 tonight i ate grapes cuz aaron is still up...hes sick again darn it

speakin of if u like iced coffee i got the best stuff yesterday. its by starbucks and its a drink mix u put into a water bottle...

ugh. im very tired.*sleepy*

i had a tummy ache last night and dint go to sleep until around 2 a.m. i still dont feel like eating, but when do i ever? *dunno*

i only had my one jug o coffee so far this morning... the 6:30 one. and gum. ugh this life.


just gotta press on. give it to God.

1245 felt a lil better...not queazy. ate some grapes. got a shower. feelin a bit dizzy but better. ate some more grapes...enough so i could take my iron without tossin cookies.

gotta go to walmart and get some instant breakfast and spinach. i love raw spinach and baby carrots. i could probly sit and much out of a trough of those 2 things all day. lol.
