There is the debate I see every Christmas somewhere on the internet as to when Christ was really born, it doesn't matter, if it was in June, July, September, or in December. Fact is, Christ did come and was a babe born wrapped in swaddling clothes and placed in a manger. In such a lowly place for a any babe to be born in surrounded by animals. Yet such a perfect picture and perfect and precious gift.



Yet here is Christ which said, Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
John 12:27-28

That 'hour' He was referring to, is when He would be crucified and placed on a cross, then three days later, resurrect unto life. Jesus said clearly, ... for this cause came I unto this hour...

Merry Christmas sweet lady. I agree it doesn't really matter what date Jesus was born....I know the day He was born in me...and that date means everything for sure.
