Progressing on to Step 12
Falling down is a part of life. We may not like it, but it happens. Without trials and tribulations, we'd never gain strength and we might not have developed that beautiful relationship that we now have with God.
Personally, my most recent trial and tribulation has sent me running (and I do mean pushing people out of the way running) into the arms of God. When I got into God's arms, I found comfort there. I found so much more there, more than I was expecting. So if Satan hadn't deceived me, I would have missed out on an opportunity to better my relationship with God.
I really love God. I look forward to spending time with Him. He knows me better than I know myself. He's told me things that I didn't want to hear, but He told me anyway because He's my friend. He is everything to me. What a mighty God we serve, angels bow before Him, and Heaven and earth adore Him.
So if I fall or stumble again, I'll get it up, dust myself off, and try again (with God on my side)!
I'll see you all in the forum on tomorrow.
As always, keep me in your prayers, as I keep you in mine .
