Going forward with step 3

Postby favored1 » Fri Dec 03, 2010 6:23 pm

Today, I made it to step 3. I still have 11 more steps to go. I feel really good and I'm very happy about it. Although it feels like a weight has been lifted and joy has come in, I still plan on continuing the program.

When I pondered on the fact that God sacrificed His only begotten son for me to get into heaven, I felt, how can I complain and have unforgiveness in my heart, all God did was sacrifice my feelings, not my life. So here I go again, asking God to forgive me for murmuring and complaining, harboring unforgiveness, resentment, and bitterness in my heart because I allowed someone to hurt me. I know God will and has forgiven me and I'm so thankful that He has.

God has really been doing a quick work in my life so that He can complete His perfect will in me.
I've been carrying these burdens around for years and now I'm finally being delivered. I gotta tell ya, it feel GREAT!

The worse thing the enemy could have done (to himself) was send me running into the arms of God. God knew it; maybe that's why He allowed it to happen.

Nonetheless, I'm happy that I'm being delivered; I'll see ya tomorrow in step 4.

Hi favored..nice to meet you!

Just had to say that through all the things we go through in this lifetime...we have a choice..we can either become bitter and resentful...which i have done so often...or........we can allow God to use these things in our lives to mold and shape and grow us into the souls He already sees us as...and use those things in us to reach out to someone else. God bless you on this journey. It is an awesome one. Its so amazing when we finally start to grasp just the tip of understanding His love and grace for us.

will be in prayer for you as you walk this path. He is with you all the way!

in Jesus,
luv momo *Halo*
