Assuming that I am saved (which I believe that I am) I am experiencing some very weird things. There is a voice speaking to me and it is NOT God's voice. He would never say the things that this voice is saying! Then there are shadows present around me at times......creepy! I've heard of spiritual warfare and satanic attacks but have never been in one like this. Am I correct is assuming that this is what is happening?

Wowza sister....I'm going to let someone who knows more about fighting these nasty fellas help you out. But I did want to share I know what you feel like!!!

Not last night the night before. I don't know what let them in but there they were. I've still done nothing about it cause they freak me out every time.

I've heard that voice. OH my. It is creepy and can make you feel like there's no hope, at all. I remember once it nearly had me convinced in suicide a few times. But there was another voice. A gentle voice that guides with love and patience and gives hope. Follow that one and tell the other to take a long walk off a short dock.

praying for you. Freedom is just around the corner.

As Born Again Christians we have The Holy Spirit of God living inside of us. Remember the blessed name of Jesus, at all times. Have His blessed name always at the ready on your lips and in your heart.

Greater is He (The Holy Spirit of God) that is in me, than he (satan and or his demons) that is in the world.

Don't entertain or talk to any spiritual presences that you know are not of God. Just talk to God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit.

Keep the communication between you and The Lord going at all times. He loves you and He is salvation.

If you are not sure if you are saved, you should rededicate yourself to Jesus so there is no doubt.
With Jesus you have authority over that voice and those spirits but you have to be sure of the strength of Jesus in you.

Is there a spirit filled church near you that you can ask them to come to pray thru your house? Do a cleaning?
Sometimes doing takes some insight that you may not be aware of yet. Little things sometimes need to be cleaned, blessed or gotten rid of that you may not pick up on or want to hold because of a reason so will disregard the urging.

You know that voice is a lie so make sure you never listen to it. Act the opposite and reach for the Lord

living4Him...the enemy will attack you through your mind and your thoughts...if you believe in Jesus and love Him and call upon His name as Lord...then you shall be saved....but that doesn't mean the enemy won't try and attack you and take you away from the Lord. Seek God more deeply...get closer to Him...He is stronger than the enemy.

I appreciate all of the responses. If you read my post "Day 7 - The Path" you will understand the next statement. I am thinking that now is not the time to be doing this study......my heart is not in it....and I don't think it will work without me being able to give 100% and I can't seem to get myself to do that right now.....suggestions?

Hi sis, I just posted to your question...the question is why isn't your heart in getting yourself right with God? Does He mean so little to you that you aren't willing to fight to have a relationship with Him?

I don't know how to answer your question.....I've just lost the will to fight....it's not Him....don't know how to explain....I appreciate your question,,,,it will give me something to think on......

So do you enjoy the state you are in more than the effort it takes to fight the good fight for Jesus? Come on now...you know you don't like where you are at...you know you want the good things...but you WILL have to put forth the effort...and if you don't then it shows selfishness...God needs you to choose....

i have had simular experiece as you in my life i have been getting grouned in scripture reading the word and lots of fellowship hear with other belivers.
reading scripture that tells me who i am in christ Jesus i found a site on the internet Who i'am in christ.
dont entertain the bad thoughts replace them with good ones keep busy.
writing out prayers with scripture helps me.

I'm not surprised that you are questioning at this point. The enemy will give us all kinds of road blocks to get us to not find the freedom we seek.
Keep with the study... push thru and you will see.
