Step Five
Hmmmm, I'm not really sure what to write today.
I felt meh today, but it's better than feeling miserable...
Um, I know I've been selfish.. and I don't want to be..
and there's sooo many little things that have contributed to my mindset, it's not just one or two big things... but these steps have been good so far.

I'm selfish too. Thank you for sharing today. I went back to step 5 because you posted about it and found it is just what I needed to read today. You're choice to heal is helping others to overcome.

Step 5 is pretty awesome. When I first read Step 5, I was blown away by a particular portion that stopped me in my tracks (so to speak )
Here is the portion I speak of:
