Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

The Spiritual Dynamic of Abiding

Postby saint701 » Wed Jul 28, 2010 12:14 pm

Hello All,

*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

We have been discussing the spiritual dynamics of the Kingdom of Heaven. To this point the most important dynamic discussed is the process we go through before we see the King of all Creation, the Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Lord God Almighty, our Love Dad. That process has components such as a willingness to suffer, a willingness to persevere, a willingness to endure many different types of temptations, trials, and testings, and yet love our Lord Almighty Love Father in spite of it all. Then, having proven our faith in God, He reveals Himself to us. He imparts His righteousness to us. He imparts His love nature to us. He blesses us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. He blesses us with the blessings of Abraham. Where before these things have been revealed to us in part, when we have met He who is perfect, that which before has been in part, becomes an ever growingcompleteness and fullness of Him in us that is quite beyond our wildest expectations.

We become passionate about loving and adoring Him, talking to Him and having Him talk back to us each and every day, sharing with us that perfect will of His for His life in us in the working of His Kingdom to His glory and honor on that day. Each day prayer is a delight and honor to us, because it was through much tribulation we have gotten as far as we have. We know, as it is written, the reality of long nights and days of griefs, sorrows, strong crying and tears, days of separation with fasting and prayers seeking the Kingdom of God,that is has been through much suffering that we have entered into our Love Dad's Kingdom. We see eternal life as the table set before us in the presence of our enemies, and press on.

We know our Heavenly Father Lord God Almighty Lord of Glory Lord, Lord of Lords King of Kings Love Dad is greatly more passionate about loving us and blessing us beyond our wildest dreams both now and forever, that indeed it is His good pleasure to give us His Kingdom. We know we have become TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, THE PLANTING OF THE LORD!

Acts.14

[22] Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

2Pet.1

[11] For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (Bible, KJV). (All Bible references in this column are KJV unless otherwise stated).

Thus we are ready for the next spiritual dynamic, the dynamic of abiding in Him.

John.15

[4] Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
2. [7] If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

John.15

[8] Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit.

It would seem to us that all that have called upon the name of the Lord for salvation, that have received the gift of the Holy Spirit would find abiding in Christ our first nature. But such is not the case. Our first nature, the flesh nature may still linger long after we have been born again of the Spirit and even filled to overflowing through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We may remain carnal for a long, long time, especially if we plant ourselves in some religious organization and become complacent about our spiritual growth. If we love the world more than we love our Lord we will remain carnal. If we allow ourselves to become trapped into believing false doctrine we will remain carnal.

Therefore, the first and foremost dynamic of abiding in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior is a love of His Truth, continuing in His Word, believing those things taught us by Him and His Apostles. If we truly have been born again of His Spirit and filled with His Spirit, then we can be certain that the following testimony of His Truth by the Apostle John will happen because of His life in us.

1John.2

[27] But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.1John.2

[5] But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

To abide in Christ is to continue in His Word, which means to continually love Him, each other, and our enemies. It means being passionate about prayer, light, and fellowship, keeping ourselves out of loving the world, the flesh, and the devil.

Abiding in Christ is the outcome of all the dynamics of spirituality we have previously been taught by His Spirit. Abiding in Christ is the supernatural outcome of our having become passionate about our Lord, His Kingdom, and His grace working in us His will and to do each day to His glory.

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
