Abandoned by my husband.
One month ago to this day my husband moved out of our home and asked me for a divorce. It was the day after our 15 year anniversary. I was blind sided. We weren't arguing and things seemed to be going so well. I was happily married and madly in love with him. I begged him to stay and seek counseling yet he refuses. Everytime I speak to him he turns into an angry and hostile person. I have never seen him act this way before. Just a couple of days ago I discovered that there is another woman online that is claiming to be in a relationship with my husband. I confronted him about it and he said "I'm not going to tell you the truth because it would be like adding fuel to the fire." Then he revealed to me that he lied about filing for the divorce. He had told me repeatedly that he had already filed and then I found out that he did not file for the divorce. The pain and lonliness I feel is so difficult to handle at times. I want to make the marriage work, but I can't seem to get through to him. Does he really want a divorce? Is he really with another woman? Should I let him go? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Melody
I'm sorry for the pain you are going through right now.
During this time seek the Lord and His will for you. Seek a deeper understanding of how He sees and thinks of you.
I'd like to suggest a 14 day study here called CCCC a free christian counseling service.
Here's the link if you want to give it a try. http://www.christianityoasis.com/CCCC/Forum.htm
I've done it myself a few times and myself and many others have found it very helpful.
Praying for you. God loves you and so do I.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

Hello melodyw34, I really understand your pain sis. I found out my ex was in a relationship with someone else about 7 years ago and I was devastated. Just know that you are not alone in this as Jesus is with you. I want to suggest the counseling program that Pine gave you the link for. There is healing in the steps, and I think they would help you a lot at this time.
Praying for you.
Take care and God Bless

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
