Amazing realization
Wasn't sure where to post this but here seems like the right place.
This morning I woke up and asked God what He wanted me to do today. He said "go to church." I was confused since it is Tuesday and I didn't know of any church function going on at any church. I asked if He meant the hospital, since today is my day to visit patients and He said "that's okay"
One of my mama goats was put down last week leaving her baby an orphan.
My friend's son's girlfriend adopted him and is bottle feeding him. I really didn't know her before this, knew only of her. She encouraged me a couple times because it was a hard decision to make about the mama and she said "I think it is easier on us who know God"
She knew I was a Christian but I didn't know she was until that statement.
Anyway, today she brought him over to be dehorned and neutered (nasty job but needs to be done) And we spent time together, talking and praying. Things that she had concerns and worries about we took to God. We talked about God, religion, family. She said she didn't know why she was sharing stuff with me that she doesn't tell anyone else
She went out to her car to get something and I realized... we had church!
She said that if she didn't adopt that goatling, we wouldn't have had a reason to talk... that God pulled us together.
Now how cool is that?
