There are sooooooooo many blessings in our lives..if we will just look around!

For the past few weeks, theres been a bird in the tree out front of my house who has his days and nights mixed up. He starts singing at midnight and doesnt stop till...you guessed it...the sun comes up He has so many different calls and has used each one of them over and over and over....

His favorite place to sit and sing is on the branch just outside my open window.

This morning, however, i heard a different call from him...and others. I heard the chirps of his new lil ones...calling out to be fed. I dont know bout you....but i hear the Lord in this....His calling us, rejoicing that we are coming as He calls out to us in the darkness, anticipating with joy our arrivals and our lives. Now, its time to feed His little ones.

Im so blessed to have children of my own who love the Lord. Though they are young and fall often (dont we all?), they are seeking Him in their daily lives and seeds of truth are being revealed day by day to their souls.

We have a God who loves us more than life itself, if we will just believe this is Who HE is..and that His heart is for us.

No longer am I able to mow my yard, weedeat, etc....yard was looking as though I needed a herd of goats to graze it down. This morning I heard a lawnmower....went to investigate...young neighbor was there mowing the grass....came back with weedeater to trim. Yard looks great. When I asked how much I owed him...he just smiled and said, "aw just bake me some cookies." Then he said,"actually, you have probably ALREADY baked me more cookies than I deserve." I was so happy to have my yard looking nice again.

God is good.

awwwwwww yay sassy sis God is so full of LOVE isn't it awesome??!!?? I just realized i had been remiss in not posting my blessings.

So, today i was blessed with a beautiful sunshinny day full of promise and God's Love. Today is Ressurection Day which in and of itself is a blessing. Knowing the Jesus CHOSE to die for me even before i was born. Knowing my life story He STILL chose to die for me, for us all in hopes of reconciliation with ALL. wow what an awesome blessing! I am in awe....

Just got back from a christian sailing holiday...

i was so worried that i wouldn't be able to shower much, no tv and cramped sleeping conditions...

although these things were true...after 2 days it didn't bother me... God really blessed me ... I never realised how beautiful God's creation until I was sailing... It left me awestruck

also God really blessed me with the teaching and fellowship that happened during the week...

Truely was such a blessing! can't wait till next year :D
