Hey uppy :)

I like the way you are going through the forgiveness...looking for the ones that have hurt you recently and working on letting go...and forgiving. If we would learn to forgive quickly each and every time we would all find joy and happiness continually.

Day 4 already huh? Your doing great sis.

luv ya

That is true what mlg said. The sooner we forgive the quicker we find peace with in. Hard to do at times. Very hard to do at other times. lol
Pray for His will to be done and trust that is it.

Hello Uppy :)

God bless you this day.

Some of us have very different schedules than others -- and it can get a little confusing when enough time has passed, when one day has or has not turned into another day. I'm like that too.

Think of the Study Steps as your main meal of the day -- whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner -- you know which one that is, and when your body's clock is hankering that big ole meal. Approach the Study step the same way, like you are gonna chow down, big time. :)

I hope that made since. :)

Love,
Sister Mack

hey Uppy *hug*

As you go through this..and every day really, ask the Holy Spirit to show you those things and people you hold unforgiveness for. He is there to help you. Also, forgive yourself after you have asked Him to forgive you. Forgiveness is one of the toughest things to do, especially to forgive ourselves..but the truth is, when we ask Him to forgive us with a true heart of repentance, He doesnt remember what we've done anymore...so, dont let the enemy tell you that you should carry shame. Also, decide to forgive others and then ask Him to help you to do that. He is faithful.

love ya, sis, and standing with you in this.

in Jesus,
love momo *Halo*

Hey uppy..if you feel that enough time has passed and that you have had time to digest the step...then move forward when you feel called to the next step.

So I am not sure what to post on today's thing.

I am still stuck in having to forgive myself and some other people, I am working on not being so quick to get angry and when someone wrongs me to not hold it against them for as long as i used to.

Hey uppy..not sure what step you are on...but...

stuck on forgiveness huh? That means you are holding things against yourself and others....and not willing to let them go...I think we do this at times because we think we have to earn forgiveness...that we have to do something and also we think that others should earn from us forgiveness....but you know forgiveness doesn't work like that. Forgiveness is what allows you to let go and be free. It's not saying what you did or others did is ok...it's just releasing everything so you can move forward. Right now you sit in the past...surrounded by all the things that have happened...and therefore it's difficult to see the sunlight as the darkness hovers so closely...

But the Light is there...and it's beckoning to you...calling you uppy...saying come my child...place those unforgiven things at my feet and leave them there...so you can be the one I made you to be.

Keep working on forgiving sis...it will come.

luv ya lots

That is progress little sister :) Now it may not be where you hope to be, or need to be, but it sure aint where you used to be. Cuz now you see how unforgiveness and anger end up hurting YOU more than anyone else and that its something that cant cant continue. And you are able to see these things because God is revealing them to you thru the Holy Spirit. How cool is that :)

Forgiveness is a process I believe. Starts with that decision to forgive, and when that decision to forgive is made, when we agree to hand it over to God and not hold on to it, its almost like letting out this breath that you have been holding forever. Lightens your soul it does. So you keep praying and asking God to help you give it up, to let go of it and let Him take it from you.

hey uppy, sis. i agree with Lizzie a hundred percent. Forgiveness does start with a decision to do so and then asking the Lord to help you with it. Ya also have to forgive you..He already has when you asked Him to. This may seem like a long journey sis, but you'll make it. keep goin.

God bless you, lil sis.

in Jesus,
love momo *Pray*

Hi Uppy, sorry haven't written sooner.
I just wanted to say that sometimes it's not the ADHD hindering you but the enemy trying to keep you from becoming free. Once you realize that, it is easier to fight.
