The Arc of the Covenant

Postby saint701 » Tue Dec 22, 2009 1:19 pm

*AngelYellow* Greetings! Cool Christians!

The Arc of the Covenant is a vessel described in the Bible as containing the Tablets of Stone on which the Ten Commandments were inscribed, along with Aaron's rod and manna.

It is a most amazing thing to me to see how God himself has built Himself an Arc of the Covenant in each of our human hearts. Our hearts are His mercy seat. The blood of Jesus covers us there. And it is out of each of our hearts that the Word of God comes, for that is where God has written upon us His word, the hidden manna, and the place where the rod of Aaron is stored, through which miracles occur. The greatest miracle, of course, is our new birth, a circumcision of the heart which allows each of us to produce the good seed of the Word of God. Awesome! Just Awesome!

Father, we praise you today, worship you, and give you glory. Father, we love and adore you, we thank you for your Holy name. Wheww! Glory to you Father! We just shout out to joy for your presence in each one of us through Christ Jesus and your Holy Spirit!

Jeremiah 31:31-34

"Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more." Jeremiah 31:31-34

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.

I've just come to believe the same thing!!

I mean I knew it before; but to actually, be born a second time!!! Yeah, I'd say that qualifies as a supernatural act.

rofl .... everytime I think of it I get these goosebumps

Thanks for the post, it totally lifted me!!
