wowzas girlie 2.5 hours .... how much time do you normally put in?
often we need to hold others accountable when the they "fall" out of their plan, as in not doing; it never ocurred to me that over doing could need help in being accountable ... how much time would you like to spend at the gym .... what is your acceptable "norm"? let us know so we can encourage you in the direction that you are wanting to get to ...
and also, i've got a question for you cry ... how do you know when enough is enough ... i keep increasing time on my cycle, i'm up to 25 mins ... at the hardest number on my dial ... and i've increased my reps two times since i've started .. my overall workout time is 1 hour and 10 mins ... that doesn't include my walking which is about 45 mins ... should i hold at this .... i guess i'm asking what is defined as over excercise??
