Step 6 Miracle Grow
I have been on an emotional roller coaster, keep believing what ppl tell me about my husband getting angry at him....ohhh but this miracle grow and it reminded me to think good thought "whatsoever things are true...think on these things" so that's what im going to do, think only what is true and what is good, i believe my husband loves me and cares for me so i'm going to think on that, i believe he has been honest with me, until i have evidence which will give me reason to believe and think otherwise.
God is good with this, i will have peace in my life and in my marriage.

Hey blessed, good to see you on step 6. This is an important step sis...and the charts are very pertinent to making your healing. Start the charts with some easy goals, things that are attainable. Then you can add to them and change them as you go along.
Thinking good thoughts...God has so many good things about Him that He wants you to think on Him and His love and His will for your life.
Keep going sis...your almost half way there.
luv ya

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Hello Blessedprincess.
It's good to see you getting off that roller coaster.
I agree in trusting and looking towards the good qualities in him.
Way to go sister.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Philippians 4:8 (KJV) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, what soever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Colossians 3:12-13 (KJV) Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies. kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forebearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Keep up the good work blessed, you are on a wonderful path.

"He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray,
since he himself is also subject to weakness." (Hebrews 5:2)
"nor as being lords over those entrusted to you,
but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3)
Love "hopes all things" (in 1 Corinthians 13:7)
Jesus has this hope for "all" > "'Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.'" (Matthew 11:28) So, no matter how he really is, Jesus knows he can change to have rest.
I think you have said he has been abusive . . . though I understand he may be doing better, now. I'm thinking of posting a question in Ask A Woman . . . about why men abuse women > I mean, when men are stronger and the women aren't even trying to attack or hurt thier guys, plus the women may be beautiful and charming and would be very nice with their men. So . . . see you in Ask A Woman . . .
