hey sis, Im hoping you will choose to keep going in the steps here. It is a choice, though. You get to decide. After i read your post last night, i went and looked at your profile. The words you wrote there about you and your hopes sounded.........hopeful. I don't know what has changed, but i do know that you have lost that hope for what Jesus alone, can do in your life. He isnt going to beg you though. Its a dangerous path you are on at this time. What of tomorrow? What if tomorrow doesnt come? You know the difference between right and wrong, life and death, but you get to choose. I just want to remind you that you are not your own. You are a child of God and He is waiting for you. Lay down the pride in the right to choose, sis. You dont have to stay where you are.

i too, am praying for you...however, you do have the free will God has given you.

in Jesus,
love momo *Halo*

You were about to share?

What changed your mind?

Whispers from the enemy?

Because he wants you to keep it hidden where he can keep you in bondage to it.

Come on Sis we are friends here.

Greetings Sis Whitley *HeartCross*

To encourage your heart sis.
There is no place that you could go that the Lord is not still with you. No pain that you may suffer that He cannot understand. At times we may feel like running as the way can be hard. But our God can see you through anything you may be facing. He loves you soooo much, He sacrificed everything that you and I might have life and that life more abundantly.
His arms continue to be outstretched waiting to receive you, He will not turn you away. Come and lay your burdens before Him for He cares for you, ".....His burden is light, His yoke is easy". He will not fail you sis, He calls you today, all who are weary and heavy laden, He will give you rest (Matt 11:28 -30) Peace be still sis, *JesusLuvsU*
John 14:27- "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." The Lord bless you and strengthen your heart sis.

*When* we fail, we can use this to help us feel for others who are in trouble >

"He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray,
since he himself is also subject to weakness." (Hebrews 5:2)

If something of my past or present is not good, the memory of this can be used to help me to learn to do better, to remind me of how I can fail . . . how I need to depend on God, all the time.

There are things that are not God's will for us, and so He is not going to protect them > He has better for us. But may be something He wants is being messed-with . . . because we are trying to take care of it, ourselves, and "therefore" it is where it can be messed with ;)

Jesus warns us about "cares of this life" > Luke 21:34 > these can weigh down our hearts. We can be *choked* by caring about things of this life, and get tangled and mangled and strangled (Luke 8:14) by thorny vines of this life's affairs (2 Timothy 2:4) > it is so convincing, how Satan can make us feel like we've lost hope. But evil is not worthy to decide and guide us.

"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." (Romans 12:21)

"Then He said to them all, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny imself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.'" (Luke 9:23) But this comes with all the others helping me, with their love and example. I am not on my own, neither are you, Sister Whitley and anyone else ;) God bless you . . .

going down nvm hmmmm you sound like me talking there.
The enemy is telling you that no one cares, no one is listening, you don't need this, you are ok....All of which are lies. usually nvm means you think something is not worth saying; well sis what you have to say is worth us listening to. But more so worth Jesus listening to and He is listening. When things get really hard and we are going down...that is when Jesus extends his hand and catches us in his palm and holds us there for a while. Keep reaching sis...you have many here that love you and are willing to listen and be a shoulder if that is what you need.
Don't give up....keep reaching
Even in the hardest of times...He is there holding our hand

sending you some love and caring and hope, Sister Whitley >

love "hopes all things" (in 1 Corinthians 13:7)

not giving up . . . being stubborn in this way :)

I'm thinking of how the prayer Jesus taught us starts with "Our Father" >
the attention of prayer does not begin with our sins and our failures
or trying to get God to solve our troubles.
So, first we need to overcome how *in* us we can give in
to letting problems get us and our attention away from You, LORD.

"Do not be overcome by evil,
but overcome evil with good."

(Romans 12:21)

This, I am finding, mainly means *in* me not to allow evil to decide how I am, if I am forgiving or not, if I have hope or not; or . . . we know what evil will decide, don't we ;) And with God we can overcome any evil, at all, especially by not letting evil effect us the way Satan wants to make us weak so he can then control us.

But in Your grace, we are ruled by Your own peace sweetly soothing us, blessing and caressing us, and we are humbly knowing only You can straighten out anybody really right.
I can not straighten out anyone as well as You can *run* *Birdnotes*
So, I need to submit to You, for how only You can correct and heal and transform any person to become how You have us becoming in Your own love > Romans 5:5, 1 John 4:17-18.
