Faith is not believing that God can - it is knowing that He will...

It is a good thing when we have mountains on either side of us, an enemy behind us, and a sea before us. It is a good thing when we find ourselves in a situation that is overwhealming and impossible. When God blesses us with need, He will bless us with faith. The greatest hinderance to faith is lack of need, faith can move mountains. Jesus didnt mention an anthill nor did he heal a mild headache - our Lord dealt with the impossible cases. There is little sense in saying "I believe" if you already have an alternative plan in mind.Faith works best when there is no other way out. Faith is strongest when you are completly hemmed in on all sides with no escape plan, no back up plan, for without faith is is impossible to please Him who deals in the impossible. For all those who come to God must believe that He is..and if we really believe that He is, then we will know Him as the "I AM". Then next time we face an impossible situation and ask ourselves "can God?" we look up and see Him who is invisible and say.. He is ABLE

May I know you as the God who is able, may I never lean unto my own understanding but in all my ways, seek to see You who are invisible. Amen
