Whow!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a nother one that is easier said then done for me. My mind likes to wander alot. I constintly worry, have paranoid thoughts,etc.. Right now is a real good time for me to use these methods to control my thoughts because of what is going on in my life right now. I will putting these to use every minute of every day.

Awesome bluebird. Renewing thoughts will definitely bring the mind and the emotions under control. Then, you will see God really moving in and around you at all times. Thinking and refreshing in Him at all times, will bring peace and comfort to you through the good times and the tough times.

hey blue....its so awesome to see how the Holy Spirit shows us truths about ourselves when we seek what it is He wants us to see. I heard a pastor today talking about casting down imaginations and taking all thoughts captive. He said if we walked around with a monitor on our forheads that showed the world all the thoughts we were thinking, we would learn to control our thoughts much easier......and its so true.

Casting down imaginations and taking our thoughts captive, replacing them with God's truth is what sets us free from all the bondages and strongholds the enemy tosses at us. Easy, no....one step, one thought at a time, yes. Greater is He in you than he who is in the world.

Keep going, bro. He's right there with you. praying with you every step of the way.
