Sounds great O :) Just made the following, one of my favs.

Image

Fried Rice

3 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup finely diced carrots
1/4 cup finedly diced green peppers
1tsp finely chopped celery
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt to taste

METHOD:

1-Heat olive oil in large frying pan, add diced carrots and cook for 1 minute. Then add green peppers, cook for an additional 2 mins stirring occasionally. (Here u can add just about any veggie u want, just try to keep them all uniformed in size for even cooking)

2-Add the cooked rice and toss with the veggies, then add soy sauce and sesame oil and combine till rice is evenly coated with soy sauce.

Note: if you wish a darker brown rice or a lighter brown rice you can adjust quantity of soy sauce.

3-Allow rice to cook for an additional 4-5 mins on medium heat, stirring often. Turn off heat, add chopped celery and salt to taste, toss and serve.

Variations:
Egg Fried Rice: Add in one whole egg at step 2, and stir to evenly distribute. Then continue with step 3 till egg is cooked.
Corn Fried Rice: Add in 1/4 cup of sweet corn at step 2, continue to step 3.
Shrimp Fried Rice: Saute diced seasoned shrimp along with veggies at step 1.

Fish and Chips

Ingredients:

One car
One licensed driver
U.S. currency (about 5 dollars)
One growling stomach

1. Get in car. 2. drive to nearest McDonalds 3. put down car window and order one fish sandwich with french fries. 4. Drive to window and give cashier currency. 5. Try to wait till you get to your destination to eat or you may make a mess of your car.

Directions 3 and 4 may be multiplied to how many hungry peeps you have in the car *Whistle*

*There's my contribution for now, ty and GB!*

Asparagus casserole

2 cans of whole asparagus drained
4 boiled eggs
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Take a small casserole dish and place asparagus in layers in the dish. Then slice 4 boiled eggs and lay across the asparagus. Place in pre-heated oven on 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Take out and cover with shredded cheese. Place back in oven and bake til cheese is melted. Serve hot.

Well I have this great hot chicken wing recipe but I am thinking it's a bit to hot for many of you with wimpy taste buds.

Homemade Icecream

(Warning: This Recipe contains RAW eggs. I've never been sick though in the 30 years I've been eating it. If you are afraid of the raw eggs you can cook ingredients before freezing, but it taste better to me with the raw eggs.)

5 eggs
3 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 can condensed milk
More milk to finish filling freezer

Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and condensed milk. Mix well. Add 4 cups milk. Mix well then put in icecream freezer. Add enough milk to fill freezer. Freeze and enjoy

Oasis you have permission to use any of my recipes. Not sure I've posted any worthy of a cook book though.

Oh this one Oasis!! It's to die for. Not a cheap meal as it has boneless pork, bacon and apple cider but is mouth watering good. And No cheating on the potatoes. They must be homemade with real butter if they want that mouth watering experience! ;)
