Christianity Oasis Forum

This forum will help us to learn how to use Preventative Maintenance when it comes to our emotions. Renewing our minds daily in Christ helps us to control our emotions and lead a more productive life in Christ instead of being swept away in the whirlwind of emotions this life can throw at us daily.

thank you, Comfy! Those scriptures bring a lot of comfort to me.

My confession today is from-
Psalm 91:2 ....I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

There you have it.
"My future's so bright, I gotta wear shades." (Timbuk 3)
1 Peter 1:3-5

Isaiah 6:8 Then I heard the Lord asking, "Whom should I send as a messenger to my people? Who will go for us?" And I said, "Lord, I'll go! Send me."

This has been a great month of confession for me...it has increased my use of God's Word and boosted my faith! I vow to continue in confession as part of my daily prayer and relationship with Jesus, the Living Word.

My confession today is:

"The word is right here and now as near as the tongue in my mouth, as near as the heart in my chest. I'm willing to do what it says."
Deuteronomy 30:14
"My future's so bright, I gotta wear shades." (Timbuk 3)
1 Peter 1:3-5
