Incase some of you don't follow the Overcoming the World forum which is hosted by our dear friend and sister in Christ, Sylvia I'd like to let you all know she is in need of some prayers from her Oasis Family.
She has a few things going on. Particularly cancer.
Lifting you up Sylvia. Rest assured in knowing you are in the hands of a loving Father.
He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Sylvia, God bless you, sister. His will be done in all things. I pray He brings healing and peace to you and yours and opens a door for your husband to find a job. His will be done, it is perfect.

I thought I had already posted this but my mind has many senior moments lately!
I met with the surgeon and I have a nodule on my right breast. It is small and they feel that I will only need radiation after the surgery.
My surgery will be next friday the 28th.
Tomorrow I go for all the pre-op stuff.
I have read some posts on line here where people after hearing about getting cancer didn't cry.
I did cry. Like a rollercoaster my emotions went up and down. Mainly for my little grandchildren. Not all my grown children live for Christ and only one grandchild gets to go to church and that is with me.
This is what I cried about. Then my pastor told me that I was limiting God.
How true that is! God is not limited. He is all powerful and all knowing.
This has given me peace
Thank you Jesus
Sylvia
Thank you for all the prayer

Dear Prayer Partners
I had the pre-op testing yesterday. This included an EKG. They called me this morning telling me my EKG came back abnormal. Now I have to meet with a heart specialist on Monday.
Please pray this will be nothing so I can have the surgery on Friday.
Thank you all
God Bless you and Keep You
