Title thinking

Just wanted to share a few thoughts this morning ya'll. I was wandering about the site as i usually do. And the title of this forum just leaped out at me. Real Solutions. Jesus offers Real solutions!!!! And i just wanted to Praise God for loving me that much. Just to give me a chance. Since i took that chance God has done so much more for me than I could ever imagine. I feel human again.

As most of you know, I am closing on a house and in process of leaving a bad live in situation. I guess in preparation of moving into my home, part of it had to be some soul cleansing as well. Pull those weeds!! There was a time when i thought i would end up dead because of my past choices. God brought me through.

The thing is, as i continued walking down this path; God hasn't left me in any of this even when it was the worst and i was angry and turned away from Him, He was there always calling for me to come home.

God has blessed me with such a peace of heart in the midst of this current storm of roommate. I have accepted that it is out of my control ( a BIG thing for me!). I am just trusting in God. It feels good to lean into God, Think i will stay awhile, i kinda like the view!

Thanks for sharing, Goldie! Yes, surrendering the control to God can be difficult I can attest as well! Once you do, tho, after a while situations just seem a lil easier to deal with, don't you think? God brings us thru some pretty scary trials at times but makes us all the stronger, remembering His Will and strength is perfect.
