Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Ok I don't blog, but for some reason Im setting here trying to so bare with me.

Today my life is gonna change for a bit one little phone call can just turn your whole world upside down or right side up.

In less than 12 hours Im having a baby!!! Well that was my phone call. My daughter she is just barely 18 and living in a independent home for teens with babies is losing her son. She is bipolar and doesn't always make the best choices and once again she has messed up. This is not a permanent situation she needs to get back on track. So my 8 month old grandson will be delivered to me in court tomorrow morning. Im a bit stressed all my children are old enough now that I can finally do things for me and now im not so sure that I can. I have yet to pray on this one, Im still trying to figure out how can I still go to school and hire a licensed child care provider. States rules no one can watch him unless they have a license so pretty much my life as I know it is over. Those valuable freedoms we forget take for granted can be changed just like that.

So then I was driving to school thinking this is kind of neat I love to play at the park now I have someone who will go with me. Still not prayed about it. Im thinking ok Ill see if there is childcare at the school, and no there is not. Class is over and Im on my way home talking to the case manager where my daughter lives and going over how will I afford this and that and what about this. Still not prayed
I decided this is gonna take some serious prayers but I just do have time at the moment I need to deal with how do I support this baby. I was also waiting for the lady who said she is gonna buy my puppies and she is late im thinking she is not coming I cry out Lord where is she!!! She was late but The God brought her with cash in hand. Still not praying just no time more calls to make find out what options I can use to provide for the baby. I go to check the mail and God was in there again another gift in the mail to help provide for my children. Yet I still not prayed.

I called a friend who offered to go get the licence but knowing she cant help me on the days I go to school; she can take him so I can just have a break and that was the 3rd gift that God has sent me.

It is now 11:00 p.m. and still I have not prayed Im trying to say that even when God knows that we just dont have time or were not prepared God is still there for us. And for that Im just amazed how one call changed my life but God is providing everything Im in need of at this time and letting me know Im here and when you are ready Ill be listening but Im still here. GOD is truely amazing to me and I love that I dont have to run right way and ask that he loves me enough to show me unconditional.

Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Ok enough babbling I dont know how people will take this but its my first blog be kind.

Hello Hflo,

Blessed sharing, your words echoed Matthew 6:25-34.

God loves you and He loves your daughter and your grandbaby. Awesome!

Thank you for sharing, as it is a harvest for many to share in.

God bless you,
Mack

Hi Flo!

I'm so blessed to see you posting. I know that you are in shock over the turn of events but I also feel that this is going to turn into one of the greatest blessings of your life. As I read your post this scripture came very clearly to my mind:

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26

I'm so glad that you came to Oasis. Now I'm not the only chataholic on the site. I've enjoyed getting to know you and love that you always make me laugh (especially when you ask the new guys if their name is Boaz!)

God bless you real good. I know you're a big blessing in the life of your little grandson right now.

Flo, God is always there. He never leaves us or forsakes us. Even when things look like they are going to be at their worst, you should always take a negative and turn it into a positive. Yes your grandson will be separated from his mother for a short time, but for now he's in good hands, you'll have someone to go to the park with, and your blessed to have that grandson cause there are many who don't even have children at all in their lives.

May God watch over you and your family and give you all the strength to see this through.

Love ya
