Hi, jiwal! Forgiving is so refreshing and liberating. It makes you free of resentment and anger. It gives you the chance to purify your heart so you can be closer to our Lord.

If one day you feel a tinge of the old feelings, don't worry. Our enemy whispers lies into our ears. He wants to stir up the old memories and feelings. It's one of the many, many tricks he uses to separate us from our Father.

Don't give in to it though. Recognize it for what it is and keep your eyes on Jesus.

just to let u guys know,

welll first let me thank u all who have been praying for me, myself and my children greatly appreciate it.
secondlyjust to let u guys know that i am being faithful and on day 8 today.

I have learned so much about, foremost, God as well as a lot about myself during this 14 day study. I am so close to God right now. I pray i will never will go stray again. I love being in HIs presense. This study has definately been a turning point for my hopelessness and insecurities although i do know that from time to time I wont be perfect with this , and i know its a process. Just please keep lifting me up in your prayers that i wont be discouraged and that evil will not have a foothold on myself and family.

I praise God that we got to church last night with out any conflict from the children, an answered prayed. Many answered prayers!!!!

I just wanted to let u know how i was doing.

WELL EVERYONE THIS STUDY IS JUST ON TIME!!

Let me tell u, everyday that i go to a next stepping stone its like my spirit was already getting prpared for it, for instance ( and this happened through out the study every step) Today could of been a hard day, at home my puter got a virus so i was upp all night trying to get that fixed and the darn thing just kept popping up, the day before that i got a disturbing email from a person in my past maliciously reminding me of the sin i was involved in, so yesterday i cldnt do my stepping stone because my puter is down, (still not fixed, im at work right now) i was grouchy and sleepy all day, not in a good mood at all. So the devil was throwing all kinds af arrows at me all day. So I told the kids we werent going to church tonite because i have to sleep because i have to work the ,idnight shift tonite. My daughter said no mom where going, remember what u told me a cpl weeks ago that satan was trying to discourage u, welll guess what thats what hes doing. mind u this is the daughter who fought me a few weeks ago because she didnt want togo to church and made a big stink about it and ended up putting a hole in the wall while slamming the door. The same daughter!!!!! Wow!!!!
So needless to say we went to church despite my sleepiness and it was wonderful to say the least. So im going to work saying yay God is victorious!! And i get here and look at the schedule and see that they cut my hours and a grl whose been here 2 yrs less than me has more hours than i do and im supposed to be the assistant manager. So i start to get mad and upset and cry. And i cried out to God because he knows i cant survive like this a 24 hr paycheck vs a 40 hr pay, three kids, no husband, so i pray and cry out to the Lord to havemercy upon me. And he comforted me and let me know that He is in control. thank u god! So i go to stepping stone 12 tonite and ive learned sooo much, and its about falling down and how satan tries to do everything in his power to win my soul away from God. ANd thats why i say this lessons was right on time! Perfectly designed every step of the way! If it were not for this lesson tonite i might have stumbled , but God lifted me back up and He gives me the strength to carry on . And tom morning when that grl comes in and gloats she has more hrs than me , I am going to hold my head high and keep strong in the faith that God is in control. Please keep praying for me. Jiwal, God is so good and faithful. He knows what we need when we need it. You needed encouragement and He sent it your way. Don't let all the worldly things make you feel so yikes, instead look at it all as, Lord I know your in control, and it's going to get better. So you have fewer hours to work this week, well sis, don't fret, just use this time to grow in the Lord. Another thing, you might speak to the scheduler, and ask when they may expect your hours to increase considering all that you do have to take care of. Make sure you do so with sincerity in your tone, and understanding to their response.

I am definitely praying for you sis. Everyday is a new day, so let today be the best one yet. Keep fighting through. Keep striving forward, don't fall back, but if you do, get up sis, and get going again.

May the Lord bring peace and comfort to your heart today.

Jiwal!! I luv u Im so very proud of you for committing to this program.

Your daughter is so very correct in sharing that satan will try to discourage you from growing in your relationship with Jesus and doing His will. I have seen quite a few start this 14 day program and somehow just stop along the way. Some get back to it, and some never do.

Lemme tell you, when you commit to the Lord, satan knows you can be a force to reckon with, and that God will be able to do great things thru you, so the enemy will try every trick he can to halt that. This is where we get a chance to prove our devotion and dedication to Him.

It is far too easy to quit, satan knows this, and many choose this route. But if we can go back to all that Jesus did for us, everything He suffered to save our souls and get us into heaven, we will gain the strength we need to push forward.

He never quit or gave up on us, and we, no matter how much we are tempted, need to do the same.

It is a fight sometimes, but what awaits us in Christ Jesus cannot compare to anything we go thru here on earth.

Keep pushing on dear sister. Your posts are a blessing to me

I am so excited for you! Your daughter too! Satan's throwing you all kinds of stuff and you Praise God! That's so awesome. You are getting stronger and stronger all the time. God is amazing.

God IS in control! Amen, sister!

Satan's gonna be getting his digs in on ya whenever he can, but you stay strong in the Lord and He will be with you.
