A man walked into a coin shop looking to buy a silver dollar. He saw a brand new one. It was shiny, clean, and brilliant. Next to it he saw one made in 1920. He noticed that the older coin was a little less brilliant and clean, but it was worth many times more than the new silver dollar. He asked the salesman why it cost more for the older coin. The salesman explained that the older coin was made by hand, not machines, and that the artist of the coin is no longer alive to make new ones so they are rare. This made the man think of his owe value. He is one of a kind, a rare treasure, even with the marks life left on him. Also the one who created him died to place a very high value on him. A priceless masterpiece. We have worth because of the price Jesus paid to redeem us, and our value is based upon who we are in Him. We are a join heir of a heavenly kingdom. Amen
