"The Time"
Take the time we have today
and thank him for the price he paid.
He died upon the cross that day,
and yet he had another way.
Insead of that
he could have just run away.
What a heart he had,
to do it in that way.
I know it would be hard to do the same
on this lovely Sunday.
So, take the time we have today,
and thank him for the price he paid.
and of course not running away.
