Getting a Cake Out of the Pan

To avoid this problem, try this hint: When you take a cake from the oven, put the cake pan on a wet towel. This lets the cake steam away from the sides and bottom of the pan.

My round cake pans always stick in the middle so this is sure to fix that problem.
