my name is jay and i have been walking with the lord going on 8 months now. he has been slowly injecting joy into my heart after my lifelong battle with depression and anxiety. i still have my moments of despair but i have also come so far that i know that this pain will be gone completely some day. right now im just trying to stay focused on my tasks throughout the day and not on the past. thank you jehovah for your mercy and love! i know that one day i will not feel this pain anymore!
