Just as law enforcement and the local emergency room would confirm having a busier than usual night on the night of a full moon anxiety kicks up during a full moon.

My anxiety is in full force as of yesterday and today. I can't seem to settle my nerves down! All the while watching this amazing full moon. Then it hit me. The moon is effecting my anxiety. Super moon - super anxiety.

Sure the moon has an effect on our minds. After all look at it's effects on the ocean.

With checking google I find there is no scientific evidence this is true.

I wonder if they checked with ob doctors or the nurses at the nursing homes.

Dora, I too have seen a lot of anxiety in my members at work this past week and think it is the moon. Something to do with people sleep less in a full moon I think. Does the Bible make mention of the moon by chance?

Just as the sun influences a persons' mood, I suppose the moon can and does influence a person as well. I wouldn't have a glue just how, but it's interesting.

I know that there are those who are influenced negatively by a full moon. I don't know why, because I am not. But it is written that we are to pray without ceasing. What better time to follow this directive, but during a full moon for some.
