My sister was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness. Doctors say there is no cure but with a few changes in her lifestyle she should have more good days than bad. The thing is this is hard for her because she has been so used to being able to go through each day without limitations. Now she must follow strict orders or find herself in severe pain.

Do you know someone or do you have a chronic illness? How do they or you cope with daily limitations?
