Why?

Why does it seem like I can't say anything in my family without getting yelled at? I just feel like a failure in my life cause I get yelled at. Has anyone gotten yelled at from family members sooooo much that you just want to beat them all up? That's how I feel.

I'm glad to give it to you, my friend. I'm starting to work on my worthlessness, and anger. I'm feeling God's power working inside of me. I know it started yesterday, but, it can and will feel good.

Sometimes in a family, the anger gets started and just rolls on and on. Something needs to break the cycle. You might try doing something nice and unexpected and preferably personal. It could be anything - but personal is best. If somebody likes flowers, then buying a grocery store flower arrangement could be good. Doing the dishes? Making a cup of coffee? Maybe getting up early and having something in the oven for everybody or somebody?

it could be anything - a hug maybe. Just something to change the cycle.
