Modelbuilder's Journal Day 13

Postby modelbuilder » Sat Jan 10, 2015 11:02 pm

God answered a prayer of mine this evening and I am thankful for it! It was a very simple thing but something that has been a mystery to me in the past. This evening I knew just what my beautiful wife needed from me to help her, my answer did not come through a logical assessment of various things to meet her need, it was so much better than that - I just knew what she needed and I did it for her. Her response was wonderful and I knew that I had ministered to her as she had needed me to. To know, understand and then meet her needs, then to show her that understand and know her as God enables me to meet her needs is a powerful connecting agent for us and a really good feeling. I love my wife, she is the most wonderful person I have ever met in this life and she is truly a gift of grace to me. Is she perfect? In a word, no, but she is perfect for me. I know beyond a shadow of doubt that she was and is God's choice for my mate. My wife is a beautiful rose of a woman, she has her thorns, but what would a rose be without its thorns? Thorns are there to teach us how to handle a rose carefully and this evening I did just that as I knew what she needed. *BigGrin* Blessings to you all.

That is awesome! Every time I see a man be good to his wife because He has the spirit of God in Him and leading Him It brings me to a level of peace and hope that I don't often feel. Thanks for sharing. Man of God! :) God bless and keep you and your wife.
*angel7* Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
