Truth...
I thought I should bring this up to show how many young people today rush into marriage and rush towards divorce, no matter their beliefs.
My husband's friend has been a Christian for many years, yet she's had her downfalls when it comes to relationships. In January, she informed us that she was getting married in June, stating that she finally found her best friend for life and her soulmate. We prayed for her, hoping that she had truly found the one God had planned for her. Unfortunately, we've received word that they're going through a divorce after only 3 months of marriage, saying that they were too different for each other.
Those of you who are married, engaged, or in a relationship... Please understand! Marriage is a lifelong covenant, not just a contract you can sign and break off at will! Yes, there are going to be times where you all are going to have your differences, it's a common issue. Work it out! Compromise! This is someone who you're going to be spending night and day with. Start talking things out before you get married, and throughout your marriage.
