Well i was gone again with no internet this 14 day program has taken along time lol but well worth it.I enjoyed this lesson telling us to help others to feel better so true this goes hand in hand with AA i love how all these teachings are meshing together.When I first started this I was so confused but a calmness has swept over me and i know what i have to do not saying i like it but i know now i have to lean on God to help me to have the strength to do iT :P
