Choices and Emotions
I have been doing a lot of thinking about things choices i have made, how those choices affect my emotions and thoughts. Don't really want to get into a lot of detail as i am beginning to see that each day we are given is a new day to start fresh and to try to do the right thing.
When i first signed up my hope was lost i was at the point i didn't know what to do or where to turn and was ready to just give up on everyone and everything. I was wallowing in my own self made misery. I woke up today with a lil different perspective... maybe just maybe there is peace to be found.
So, i have decided to try to start that journey in finding peace despite earthly circumstances. Not quite sure where to start but i think perhaps it starts with keeping your emotions in check, renewing your mind and focusing not on self but on God and His Glory. I dunno if that is right but for once, i wanna try to live life well and with meaning.

Re: Choices and Emotions
Hey...sounds like u might need to change your name to "Hopeful"
It is so great to see u notice urself grow. It can be an up and down process but my experience has been that if I just take small steps towards God (5 or 10 min in prayer or Bible, for example) I am able to experience His love and healing in greater degrees.
God Bless You Sister !
