The Power Behind a World Gone Mad
The “hook us in line” in Dana Garvey’s classic portrayal of “The Church Lady” during his years on Saturday Night Live was this. “Could it be….ummm…Satan?” As of yet I do not know of anyone that has answered that question directly. Perhaps it is time someone does so…ummm…could it be…ummm…me?
First of all, what evidence exists that portrays Satan as a powerful being lurking behind the world stage pulling the strings of those puppets he has chosen to do his bidding in this day and age? Do Wiccans exist? Do witches exist? Do Satanists exist? Do exorcists exist? Does a struggle exist between those that do well and those that do evil? Are there books detailing procedures one might use to cast a spell? Can those books be traced back to the dawn of civilization? Are there human beings using those manuals to affect change in the world around them in the world today? Do Christians exist? Does the Bible exist? Does the Bible detail procedures for combating unseen creatures affecting the material world? Are there human beings alive today that use their knowledge of the Bible to affect change around them?
Have testimonies been given and books written about people that have met the God of Heaven, seen Heaven, or walked through Heaven? Have testimonies been given and books written about encounters with angels in a positive sense, where an angel or angels gives special help to someone in a time of great peril? Have testimonies been given and books written about God healing people of sicknesses and diseases in this day and age?
Matt.4
[8] Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
[9] And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
[10] Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
If the God of Heaven, and His Son our Lord our savior Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit are in fact the God that is one and is responsible for all of the evils in the world as so many now believe, why then does Satan say to Jesus that all the kingdoms of the world belong to him? And if the kingdoms of this world belong to Satan, how then is the God of Heaven responsible for all of the evils of this world?
In truth it is written that the kingdoms of this world do not fall under the dominion of the God of Heaven until the 7th trumpet sounds in Revelation chapter 11.
Rev.11
[15] And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign forever and ever.
So now in truth, who is the being responsible for the evils of this present world? Ummm…could it be…Satan? I have no doubt that such is the case for more than just a few reasons although I’m only going to explain one. I see through spiritual eyes Satan at work stirring up rebelliousness and lawlessness in the Middle East and is hard at work stirring up pluralistic factions in this country and others around the world as well. Satan’s objective at this time in the world through his various workings is to destabilize as many countries as he can and fan the flames of revolution wherever he gets one started.
Such is not a fluke of simultaneous coincidences. The devil, (Satan), comes not but to kill, steal, and destroy. He has been cast out of Heaven and now only has a short time before his fiendish, diabolical, and fanatical reign on the Earth will come to an end. The nations are angry. The world is in chaos. Insanity reigns. Lawlessness reigns. A great falling away has come. Atheists abound. The common sense boundaries defining the roles of men and women have been ripped to shreds, men with men, women with women…bisexuality has become the norm among many all over the world. We live in a time of sexual revolution. There is no doubt of that.
The stage is set for the Master of Puppets to introduce his son, the son of perdition, as the one with all the answers to turn the world back toward peace, but he will fail and all that follow after him will be taken up in a snare and left dangling in the air until the fires of hell consume them.
Satan is the god of this world. The Kingdom of God at this time is still Heaven. Jesus said this before His crucifixion.
John.18
[36] Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.
I will leave you with this one last thought concerning the world that is now a raging inferno of wars, rebellions, and revolutions of all kinds, in a time where iniquity abounds…ummm…could it be…Satan?
Blessings!

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
