My Struggle 3

Postby wantHistouch » Thu May 02, 2013 10:34 am

Glory be to God and Glory to him forever and ever, it is good to thank the Lord.
Its good to confess my sin and it reveals for me how wicked my fleshly nature is. And I thank you all for reading and commenting. God bless you. It is also good and pleasing to the Lord when we thank him for the great mercy he showed on us. That is why I am writing, to thank Jesus by whom we obtained our salvation.
Yes I am still struggling yes I am failing too but the Lord is always stretching his hand to save me. Opening the door for me to come here and express myself, allowing me to confess to him and refreshing my spirit and always loving me.
I learnt this morning that I haven't understood the hand of God or the work and will of God in my life because I didn't go close to him. I went close to my problems, got worried a lot, got frustrated and when I get frustrated I express my frustration through anger or other bad habitual sins. I let sin have a stronghold in my life because I didn't allow God to work in my life. I didn't (and till date I don't) know the will of God in my life eg what work to choose, do I need to move, marriage, how to glorify him etc.... . And I always felt that my failure is not knowing this things but my main failure is not keeping on coming to the Lord. Not seeking to receive from him even if I didn't receive any direction. Not living like I would die one day and be transformed into his kingdom, not remembering that I am temporarily here, not praying enough. I learnt from Romans 8:22, 23 that the whole creation with us is groaning because we have not yet received our full salvation. Christ won the battle over sin by dying on the cross and being resurrected on a third day, yet we struggle with sin because we have sinful flesh. So we should wait patiently and eagerly for this salvation and we should also pray in the spirit because the holy spirit also supports us in our weakness. So regardless of my situation, my failures and my problems I should have courage to keep seeking God and I should walk in the spirit and I should keep praying in the Spirit.
I am sharing because it is good to thank God and also to acknowledge the truth.

God bless you all and May God help me live this truth, please pray for me.
