Day 2

Postby Willyeast » Sun Nov 25, 2012 9:56 pm

Today I read about the weeds that plague our mind and how we must uproot them. I like the idea about the importance of patience. That is something that I struggle with. When we have patience, we can see the works of God come to full fruition. I encourage everyone to post their own testimonies and suggestions for me along the way. Thank-you,

While God is teaching you patience, isn't it interesting how this study objectifies our thoughts into "weeds?" Gave me a clear illustration of the exercise practiced during patience. "While enduring patience, pull out the weeds." I thought my mind was my own possession. I guess it still is, but God is teaching us how to use it. :)
